THE ELITE X EDGE ONE DAY ARM CURE
15 workouts dedicated to obliterating your arms. That’s not a typo - 15 workouts. This routine was popularized by Canadian bodybuilding coach gunnar Sikk in the 80s… since then, very few people have had the guts to try it.
Prepare to push yourself beyond what you’ve ever done before. Expect to be rewarded handsomely for your efforts.
We’re only going to have one chance to do this routine in 2019. Everyone is (or should be) off on Good Friday and you’ll be left with ample time to recover over the long weekend.
Truthfully - I’m a bit jealous that I’m not getting to run through this program. The last time I did it, I put close to 1/2 of an inch on my arms in one day. Some of those who trained with me gained even more.
Following this day, don’t plan any shopping trips or Easter picnics. In fact, brushing your teeth will be trouble. Let your significant other know that they may be required to help you wipe. You’re going to need to recover. Easter weekend and all it’s indulgences provides the perfect opportunity for that.

Friday April 19th (Good Friday) - 9am to 5pm with a break for lunch. Pretty much everyone is off on Good Friday - if not, lie to whoever you need to. If you can - bring your own food for lunch as stores and nearby restaurants may not be open. I recommend bringing protein.
